Andy Broughton dedicated 33 years to the South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice, rising to its Executive Management team. His leadership transformed the agency culture, emphasizing restorative and rehabilitative practices. Andy's pivotal role in creating and nurturing the "Insiders" program, empowering incarcerated youth, exemplifies his commitment to positive change. Currently, Andy serves as the Executive Director of the Keep On Giving Foundation, leveraging his expertise to support individuals transitioning from correctional facilities to a life of purpose and contribution.

Kenneth L. James, a retired Staff Sergeant in the SC Army National Guard, leverages his extensive military and law enforcement background to lead impactful initiatives in the criminal justice sector. With notable roles at the SC Department of Juvenile Justice and Department of Corrections, he has received prestigious awards for his contributions. Holding a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, Kenneth actively participates in national initiatives on PREA compliance and human trafficking. As Chair of Keep On Giving Foundation, he guides efforts to help individuals transitioning from correctional facilities towards positive change.

Katherine Speed, Treasurer
Katherine Speed, with 33 years of experience in child-serving agencies, primarily in the Juvenile Justice system, and a bachelor’s degree in education. Notable roles include serving as Juvenile Justice Project Manager at the University of South Carolina’s School of Law, and Children’s Law Center, and working at the South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice. Currently, Katherine is the Treasurer of the Keep On Giving Foundation, supporting individuals leaving correctional facilities towards positive change.
Virginia ( Ginny) Barr, Secretary
Ginny Barr retired from a distinguished 45-year career spanning public and private sectors in human services and justice systems. Her notable achievements include roles at the South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice and the South Carolina Department of Corrections. Currently, Ginny serves as Secretary of the Keep On Giving Foundation, where her extensive experience and dedication contribute to the organization's mission of supporting individuals transitioning from correctional facilities to community life.
