Support reentry for formerly justice involved individuals.
Reintegration. Empowerment. Community Connection
At the heart of our organization's mission is the belief in providing comprehensive assistance and support to formerly justice involved individuals as they navigate the challenging journey of re-entry and healing.
Through tailored programs and initiatives, we aim to facilitate successful reintegration into society, empower individuals to rebuild their lives, and establish strong connections between formerly justice involved individuals and communities.
This mission is amplified and strengthened by our flagship program, The Messengers. Originating from a motivational public speaking group within a South Carolina youth correctional facility in 1993, The Messengers has evolved into a powerful force for change, spreading messages of hope, respect, relationship, and responsibility nationwide.

With the support of our dedicated donors and volunteers, we aim to assist formerly justice involved individuals in developing essential skills, fostering independence, and ultimately creating a thriving society.
Our Flagship Public Speaking Group: The Messengers
In 1993, a motivational public speaking group was formed in South Carolina’s youth correctional facility. This group traveled the state of South Carolina and spoke to countless youth and adults about making better choices, choosing positive friends and the power of communication. After being released and building their new lives after incarceration, the former members of this speaking team have banded together again to bring their stories of change, hope, and inspiration. The team which is made up of speakers all over the U.S. meets together regularly to strategize, encourage, and motivate each other in their mission of restoration. Their goal is by telling their stories they plan to encourage others to see change is always possible through positive communication and caring relationships.
